Always Trust Your Gut

“Always trust your gut” normally means trusting your instincts, but the picture takes gut literally by placing an intestine diagram next to a man answering “Yes.” The joke is the shift from intuition to anatomy.Use it for instinct, hunger, or deliberately literal advice. Keep the original English wording because the double meaning of gut carries the joke.
