Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KakaMeme's website, sticker generation, dynamic GIFs, submission assets, downloads, Gallery, payments, and credits. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of Services

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI generation, video generation, background removal, dynamic GIF workers, object storage, payments, and third-party providers may fail, be delayed, or produce unexpected output. We provide retry and failed-job credit-release paths, but we do not guarantee that every output can be listed, submitted, or accepted by a third-party platform.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain all rights to content you submit, post, or display through the services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, reproduce, modify, host, display, and distribute that content as needed to provide generation, downloads, submission assets, public Gallery, and support.

You confirm that you have the rights needed for uploaded photos, prompts, characters, trademarks, portraits, and references. You may not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, or other rights. You are responsible for content you publish to Gallery.

Removing an approved work from Gallery removes it from KakaMeme listings, categories, recommendations, and promotion. It does not make the work private: its stable detail page, public assets, search-engine results, and links held by other people may remain accessible. Project deletion or an administrative or legal takedown is a separate action. Copies already downloaded or cached by third parties cannot be recalled.

Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Generation jobs may consume credits. The system checks balance and reserves credits before creating a job; successful jobs confirm the deduction, and provider or worker failures release the reservation. One-time rights, one-time credit packages, refunds, and payment disputes are handled according to checkout, billing, and the applicable payment-platform rules.

Downloads and Submission Assets

Download packages, submission assets, and copyright text are workflow aids. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee approval by WeChat or any other platform. You should verify dimensions, content, copyright, portrait rights, and platform rules before submitting.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Upload, generate, or publish unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, sexual, hateful, harassing, impersonation, deepfake, or unauthorized portrait/brand content
• Bypass credits, payments, abuse controls, provider limits, or download limits

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms on this page.
