Blank Billboard Announcement
An empty roadside billboard turns a caption into a public announcement. The humor comes from giving a small personal opinion the scale and seriousness of a message to the whole city.Place one short statement inside the white sign. Keep the street setting visible so the ordinary caption still feels like an oversized announcement.
