Happy Picard with Raised Fists

Picard smiles with both fists raised, turning restrained pleasure into a finally-it-worked celebration. This is a happy reaction, distinct from his facepalm, outstretched-arm complaint or annoyed expressions in other templates.Use for a solved problem, an approved request or a long-awaited result. Keep both fists and the smile unobstructed in this small 295×171 image.
