Loki: I Have Never Met This Man

Loki wears a knowing little smile while the subtitle insists he has never met the man. The mismatch makes the denial comically unconvincing, useful for distancing yourself from an embarrassing friend or obvious connection.Use it to jokingly disown a friend's antics, pretend ignorance of something you just joined, or deliver a denial that is far too emphatic.
