Elrond's intense, weary expression gives an old memory the weight of firsthand history. I was there can make an earlier software version, internet trend or minor shared event sound dramatically ancient.Choose a small past event you actually witnessed and contrast hearing about it with having been there. The expression does not require a detailed retelling of the film scene.
