In the ICE-meets-ice framing, a geared-up officer loses his footing with a camera pointed toward him. The wordplay and sudden loss of composure bring an authoritative image into an undignified slip, giving the reaction a satirical, schadenfreude edge.Use it for a forceful entrance defeated by a small obstacle, confidence meeting a clumsy setback, or an ironic collision between matching names.
