Kid With an Apple Sour Face

A child holds a bitten apple and scrunches up his entire face, eyes squeezed almost shut. The extreme reaction can mean literal sourness or a strong figurative rejection of something unpleasant.Use it for a quick sour, disgusted or absolutely-not reaction. Preserve both the apple and expression; avoid inventing details about the child.
