Third-Party Services

We may use third-party services for auth, payments, email, analytics, image/video generation, background removal, background jobs, and object storage. To complete a generation request, uploaded images, prompts, and required job parameters may be sent to KIE, Fal, Inngest, Stripe, R2/S3, or similar providers. We send only what is needed for the requested feature.

Public Content

Sticker sets are private by default. If you publish a set to Gallery or choose public visibility, its cover, previews, title, and description may be visible to other users. Do not upload or publish portraits, trademarks, copyrighted works, or sensitive information unless you have the rights to use them.

Data Retention

We retain account, job, asset, and payment records as needed to provide the service, audit credits, investigate failures, and meet legal obligations. Production storage can use R2/S3 lifecycle rules to remove expired temporary files and export packages.
