These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KakaMeme's website, sticker generation, dynamic GIFs, submission assets, downloads, Gallery, payments, and credits. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. AI generation, video generation, background removal, dynamic GIF workers, object storage, payments, and third-party providers may fail, be delayed, or produce unexpected output. We provide retry and failed-job credit-release paths, but we do not guarantee that every output can be listed, submitted, or accepted by a third-party platform.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to content you submit, post, or display through the services. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, reproduce, modify, host, display, and distribute that content as needed to provide generation, downloads, submission assets, public Gallery, and support.
You confirm that you have the rights needed for uploaded photos, prompts, characters, trademarks, portraits, and references. You may not upload or generate content that infringes copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, or other rights. You are responsible for content you publish to Gallery.
Generation jobs may consume credits. When credit enforcement is enabled, the system checks balance and reserves credits before creating a job; successful jobs confirm the deduction, and provider or worker failures release the reservation. Stripe subscriptions, one-time credit packages, refunds, and cancellations are handled according to checkout, billing, and payment-platform rules.
Download packages, submission assets, and copyright text are workflow aids. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee approval by WeChat or any other platform. You should verify dimensions, content, copyright, portrait rights, and platform rules before submitting.
