Refund Policy

Overview

KakaMeme sells one-time credit packs that you spend on sticker generation. This policy explains when a purchase can be refunded. Free credits (registration gift and daily login credits) are promotional and are never refundable.

Eligibility

A credit purchase is eligible for a refund only if both of the following are true:

1. The request is made within 7 days of the purchase.
2. The purchased credits have not been spent — that is, your current credit balance is still at least the number of credits you bought in that purchase.

If you have already spent any of the purchased credits, the purchase is no longer refundable.

Processing fee

Approved refunds are subject to a 5% payment processing fee, which covers the non-refundable fee charged by our payment provider. You will be refunded the purchase amount minus this fee, and the corresponding credits will be deducted from your account.

How to request a refund

Email support@kakameme.com from the address on your account, including your order details (date and amount). We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

Failed generations

You are never charged for a failed generation. When a generation job fails, the reserved credits are automatically released back to your account — this is separate from, and does not count against, the refund policy above.
